1. Acceptance of Terms: By using Glamme’s home salon services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

2. Booking and Payment: Clients must provide accurate information when booking appointments through Glamme’s website or app. Payment is due at the time of booking, and clients are responsible for any additional charges incurred during the service.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments within a specified time frame without incurring additional fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Service Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and cooperatively during the service. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the service, and clients may be liable for the full service fee.

5. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing a suitable and safe environment for the service, including access to electricity and water if necessary. Clients with pets must ensure they are properly secured during the service.

6. Stylist Rights: Glamme reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, on the Glamme website and app is the property of Glamme and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability: Glamme, its affiliates, and stylists shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.

9. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glamme, its affiliates, and stylists from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of J&K UT, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms: Glamme reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any changes.
